Vacation Rental process
1: Pay the security deposit of 500 dollars via credit card “ click here
2: mail in 50% of rental payment to :

In memo: Vacation rental (address)
3: We will send you the rental agreement to sign and return with remaining balance.
4: Mail in remaining balance (rent and cleaning fee) to same address and name as above 2 weeks prior to check in. All fund must be received 2 weeks prior to check in or we may not be able to hold the property
5: I will meet you at the property for check in and to give you the keys.
The owner said he wants to have the cleaning done by the housekeeping service since there is a dog involved. So we will have to charge the $125 cleaning fee.
Security deposit will be returned (back on credit card) within 5 business days as long as there is no excessive cleaning needed or damages to the property. The property will be inspected within a few hours after check out right before the cleaning company comes in to verify everything is in order.
Refund Policy. Refund will not be given for any reason without sufficient notice.
Less than 2 weeks notice you will receive 0% refund
Minimum of 2 weeks notice you will be entitled to 50% of payments made.
Minimum of 45 days notice 75% refund of payments made.
